All our vehicles have rent a car insurance. However, in order for the car insurance to be valid, you must provide "Traffic Accident Report" and "Alcohol Report" from the competent authority together with the other party's documents such as driver's licence, registration and traffic insurance photocopies etc... and inform our office within 24 hours at the latest.

There is no time limit for your bookings, but the earlier you make a reservation, the easier it will be to obtain the vehicle you request, while late bookings may require you to evaluate the options available to you.

There has been no cancellation of reservation by our company until today, of course, we send you the document showing that our reservation form has been approved by us via e-mail or fax, in cases where the vehicle you requested cannot be provided (in cases such as accident, major malfunction or late return, although not very often, but involuntarily), it is upgraded with its equivalent or top model.

You can pay either by mailorder or by slip method at the vehicle delivery. For payments by mailorder method, we complete the necessary transactions with the bank when you print and fill out the Reservation Form and fax it to (+90-212-238 31 13). Please note that we will add 18% K.D.V. to the total price and collect it from your card for all payments made by Credit Card.

Our deposit application is used in case of failure to receive reports at the time of an accident or driving under the influence of alcohol, delay, malfunctions and damages arising from driver errors, the deposit can be made in cash or by credit card. The deposit received is indicated on the lease contract. On the return of the vehicle, your deposit will be returned unless otherwise.

He/she can use it. In this case, the driving licence information of the other user must be delivered to us. Damages and malfunctions caused by users without information on the contract are not covered by the insurance. Therefore, the costs will be collected by you.

After the connection is established, our friends will help you about what you need to do. In case of malfunction, you need to contact our office. If the malfunction has occurred within the borders of Istanbul, our repair service team will fix the malfunction as soon as possible. If it is outside the borders of Istanbul, if you contact our office directly, our friends will help you about what you need to do. If the malfunction will be resolved in a long time, when you contact our office again, the same vehicle or an equivalent vehicle is sent to your location and we take care of the defective vehicle.

There is an age limit. You must be at least 21 years old and have a domestic or foreign driving licence for at least 1 year.

For one-time rentals for companies; tax plate, certificate of activity, signature circular, company letter (signed by the authorized signatory on letterhead stating that the person to be used is authorised to rent and use the vehicle on behalf of the company and that the payment will be made in cash by your company in case of damages other than rent and insurance), photocopies of the driver's licence of the user persons are required.
